How does the guild growing affect the members?
Increased forge points from townhall. Currently, your townhall produces a minimum of 7 forge points per day.
Reduction in building costs Currently, you are spending 14% less in coins and supplies to build new buildings
Reduction in time to recruit and heal troops. Currently, it taking 28% less time to recruit and heal troops
Increased rewards in GbG
Many guilds do not have this level of benefits. And we could not if it was not for all of you pitching in and making it happen.
However, we do need your help in order to continue to grow and forge of empires rewards participation more than anything else. So, by helping the guild, you help yourself.
As a guild, we need to continue to grow. In order to grow, all of our members need to be growing. We have set the END GOAL for EVERY MEMBER at 48 encounters(nearly all here build up to 64) for GE and 300 encounters for GBG. WAIT, BREATHE, DONT PANIC, and READ ON.
INTRODUCING
RAISING THE BAR
When you join the guild. Your first GE and first GBG will set your BASELINE. From there all we ask is that you do the following:
Increase your GE participation by 1 encounter over what you did the previous week.
Increase your GBG encounters by 10 encounters per 11 day season.
Once you have recorded 64 GE encounters and 300 GBG Encounters you become a member of our 64/300 CLUB. and then YOUR GOALS from then on are 64 GE and 300 GBG encounters per week/season.
The goal is to keep pushing you and the guild to improve by providing goals to reach for. And remember if you improve by 10 encounters in GbG, you increase your reward chances and become eligible for an improvement award.
If you are showing improvement trying even if it is less than the goal, then we are all good.
If you are not able to show improvement, then please reach out to any council member so we can discuss other ways you can help the guild.
If you ever need assistance either goods or battle tips to reach your goals. Shout out in main thread. SOMEONE will always help
Remember the number one rule of this guild. If you are communicating, the team can help. If you are not communicating, we cannot and that could lead to dismisal. Please reach out, if you have concerns
